the location was good. the staff was very hospitable! the rooms were comfortable and of great size. the room included everything one might need.
the front desk was inflexible about canceling my last day. i had to leave early. i informed them at check-in, but they said no, even though they have more than 72 hours as their policy to cancel. the air conditioning in the room was broken! it took over an hour to fix.

the hotel offered really good service with a friendly staff. i found my room very clean upon arrival. the location was convenient, it was close to many attractions so exploring was easy.
the music from below was a bit loud one evening.

the installations looked perfect, and my room was really good. i enjoyed great service. i appreciated the lobby and found the elevators very efficient. the premium level lounge access gave me access to snacks and drinks in the evenings (including wine).
